Key Rules for BAZA Festival 2026

BAZA Festival 2026 will take place on 22 August 2026 on private property. Entry to the event is ticketed, and entering the festival premises means accepting these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Hours

The gates open at 5:00 PM. The official end of the event is planned for 03:00 AM.

2. Tickets and Entry

Tickets are electronic and available via Going or at the box office at the entrance gate on the day of the event. A ticket entitles the holder to one-time entry to the festival premises. Once you leave the event premises, re-entry on the basis of the same ticket will not be possible.

3. Entry Control

Staff may ask to see your ticket, proof of age, and the contents of your bag or backpack to the extent necessary to ensure safety and compliance with the rules.

4. Minors

Persons aged 16 or over but under 18 may attend the festival independently, without the presence of a parent, legal guardian, or other caregiver. Persons under the age of 16 may attend the festival only if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult caregiver holding written authorization from the parent or legal guardian.

The written authorization referred to above must remain available throughout the event and must be presented upon every request of the Organizer, security staff, or event staff, both at the entrance to the festival grounds and during the event.

The Organizer, security staff, and event staff are entitled to verify the participant’s age and the authority of the person supervising the minor. If the required written authorization is not presented, or if there are reasonable doubts as to whether proper supervision over the minor is being exercised, the Organizer has the right to refuse entry to the festival grounds or require the participant to leave the event area.

The Organizer recommends that parents and caregivers carefully consider whether the participation of young children in the festival is appropriate, taking into account the nature of the event, the number of attendees, the noise level, and the conditions at the festival grounds.

5. What Is Not Allowed?

Among other things, it is prohibited to bring personal alcohol, narcotics, weapons, sharp or dangerous objects, pyrotechnics, glass bottles, cans, laser pointers, flammable substances or any items that may pose a risk. You may bring one factory-sealed PET bottle of water up to 0.5 l per person, small personal belongings, as well as medicines or products necessary for health reasons.

Bag / backpack size limit: 30L

6. Alcohol, Food and Beverages

You may not bring your own alcohol, food or beverages, except for one factory-sealed 0.5 l PET bottle of water per person and health-related exceptions. Consumption of alcohol purchased on the event premises is permitted in accordance with applicable rules.

7. Payments

Payments by card and cash will be available on the festival premises.

8. Deposit and Personal Belongings

There will be no deposit or cloakroom on the event premises. Please bring only what you really need. Lost items will be available at the Lost & Found point at the main gate on the day of the event and for 7 days afterwards.

9. Cigarettes and E-Cigarettes

Smoking cigarettes and using e-cigarettes is permitted only in designated areas.

10. Animals

Animals are not allowed on the festival premises, except for assistance dogs accompanying persons with disabilities.

11. Photo and Video

Amateur photos and phone recordings are allowed as long as they do not disturb other participants or interfere with the event. Professional photo/video recording, commercial streaming and use of drones require the Organizer's prior consent.

During the event, photos and recordings may be taken by the Organizer. Participants' images may appear in festival coverage and promotional or informational materials.

12. Programme and Timetable

The Organizer may make changes to the programme, timetable, order of performances or artistic line-up if necessary for organizational, technical, safety-related or other reasons beyond the Organizer's control.

13. Weather and Terrain

The festival takes place outdoors. Please bring comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. In case of unfavorable weather forecasts, we recommend bringing waterproof clothing.
